About Us

I started ant-keeping in when I was very young, around the age of 9, I quickly got engrossed into the hobby and I didn't just like ants, I kept mantises, tarantulas, termites, etc.

I remember being able to catch many ant queens and I sold them to people in my region, however, rarer and more exclusives species were always hard to and when when they were available, they were extremely expensive. 

When I started keeping ants again, I realized there were not a readily available and developed market in Canada that specializes in insect keeping supplies. Me and my friend decided to take that into our own hands.

Thus, this store was born.
